Website content and initial guidance are not binding quotations. A valid quotation identifies the project, scope, price, taxes, payment stages and period of validity.
2. Measurements and approvals
Manufacture begins only from confirmed dimensions and the approved design and specification. Changes requested after approval may alter price and lead time.
3. Materials and natural variation
Samples represent colour and texture as closely as practical. Timber, veneer, stone and other natural materials vary between pieces and may change with light and age.
4. Access and site readiness
The client must disclose access restrictions and ensure the fitting area is ready as agreed. Delays caused by incomplete building work or undisclosed access may require rescheduling and additional cost.
5. Delivery, fitting and handover
Included delivery, installation, adjustments and removal of existing furniture are stated in the quotation. The completed work is reviewed at handover and relevant care guidance is provided.
6. Consumer rights
Specific terms and statutory rights are explained in the accepted project documents. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights under Spanish consumer law.
